Certified Equine Assisted Therapist

I am a registered Counsellor and Coach and qualified Equine Assisted Therapist. 

I have been involved with horses in various capacities since I was 7 years of age. Always sensing the intrinsic value, connection and unconditional love horses afforded me, I am now able to offer this to others.  In my practice, I witness daily the powerful gift that the horses naturally offer my clients. It gives me great pleasure and a sense of purpose to combine my love and a lifetime of horse knowledge with my experience and skills as a mental health professional. 

After 8 years of running my own busy retail food business, I have also learnt the importance of effective leadership. I appreciate the relevance of leading your staff with authenticity, trust, and inclusion.  

I am continually amazed at the value horses bring to my practice by modeling, teaching and supporting my clients to develop their awareness, experience safe and soothing connection, improve their relationships and restore their well being.
