Building a healthy workplace culture relies on the leadership of each individual team member. 

In order to survive and thrive in the herd, horses adopt roles that utilise their strengths.  This provides each horse with :

Horses provide each participant with immediate feedback on their current leadership style. Our workshops challenge members to practice new behaviours that encourage positive group dynamics.
